the Pizza menu
margarita pizza w veggie sausage & balsamic vinegar
pesto, sun dried tomatoes, sausage
homemade hummus, caramelized onion, truffle garnish

Pizza dough recipe by Lacey Ostermann which can be found HERE (tiktok). Below is the recipe recap.  1st night
Mix together:
. 100g flour
. 1/4 tsp yeast
. 100 ml water room temp

2nd day
Mix together:
. 1st night mixture
. 290 ml water 
. 1/4 tsp yeast
. 1 tsp olive oil
. 1 tsp agar (honey/sugar)
. 500 mg flour
. 2 tsp fine salt
Cover the mixing bowl with a cloth and put somewhere warm, leave proof for 45min
Stretch out the corners n fold them into the center, flip the dough around around 3-4 times every 45min
Seal the bowl w lid or plastic wrap, leave proof in the fridge overnight

3rd day
Separate the dough to 4 even balls about 250mg ea. (i use a kitchen scale to measure them)
Stretch n fold each seal to cute ball, make sure squeezing the edge in the bottom and flip ‘em around 
(Can store them in freezer after this step)
Flour all surface, leave proof about 3-4hr

How-to
. Preheat the oven to 550 Celsius, make sure it’s the broiler mode
. Turn on the stove medium heat with the pan on (I have a cast iron)
. Drizzle some olive oil on pan when it’s hot enough
. Stretch the ball out into pizza crust, make sure it fit within the pan
. While the crust is being cooked, get your toppings ready
. Glaze the crust w some garlic infused butter (I’m extra) or just olive oil
. Sprinkle a generous amount Parmesan on top
. When the bottom is golden, switch the crust to a pizza tray
. Spread the pizza sauce on top of the crust, decorate it with whatever toppings you want
. Place the pizza tray in the oven top rack where it’s closest to the broiler
. Wait 2-3 min then take the pizza out, not too long or it’ll get burnt easily
. Some toppings can get burnt or be super dried out in the oven you can add them on afterward
